Return & Refund Policy
At Bellevux, we want you to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a clear and straightforward return process. Please read this policy carefully so you know what to expect.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.
How to Start a Return
Step 1 — Contact Us
Email us at info@bellevux.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
Step 2 — Receive Confirmation
Our team will respond within 24 hours (Monday–Friday) with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return instructions. Please do not send items without an RA#.
Step 3 — Ship Your Return
Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include the return form provided by our team. Ship to our Mississauga distribution center using a tracked service.
Step 4 — Inspection & Refund
Once received, your return will be inspected within 3 business days. You will receive an email confirming approval or any issues.
Important: Do not send returns to our correspondence address in Wyoming. Only items sent to the address above will be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
1. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We take full responsibility. If you received the wrong item, a damaged product, or a defective item, please contact us immediately. We will offer either:
- A prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you, or
- A full refund without requiring a return (for low-value items, at our discretion), or
- A free replacement shipped to you at no additional charge.
2. Change of Mind (Doesn't Fit / Don't Like It)
As a customer, you are also responsible for the return shipment to our central warehouse in Asia. Return costs usually range from CAD $30 to $60 per return shipment, depending on the size of the package.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
You may return your order within 30 days if you change your mind. Please note the following:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we cannot guarantee a refund for packages lost in transit without a tracking number.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In its original condition
- Returned in original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Free from perfume, deodorant, or other product residue
Items that do not meet these conditions may be returned to you at your expense, or a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Underwear and intimates
- Swimwear (if the hygiene seal or liner has been removed)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "Final Sale" on the product page
Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Note: If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not seen the credit, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us at info@bellevux.com.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or colour, we are happy to help:
- Contact us at info@bellevux.com with your order number and the desired replacement.
- We will confirm availability and provide instructions.
- For change-of-mind exchanges, the original item must be returned at your own expense to our distribution center.
- Your replacement will be shipped once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bellevux.com Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it must go through the regular return process.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your bank — there is often a processing delay before a refund is posted.
- If you have done both and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@bellevux.com and we will investigate.
