These insoles put a layer of high-density foam between your foot and the sole of the shoe. A raised section under the middle of the foot fills the hollow that sits there. The top lining passes air, so the insole does not feel clammy after a long day.

Pull the existing insole out and lay it on the new one as a template. Cut along the line closest to your size, then slide the insole in heel first. Hand washing is recommended; lay them flat to dry and keep them off a radiator.
