Forefoot Grip Inserts – Two Pairs That Keep an Open Shoe Where You Put It

Peel-and-stick inserts for the front of a sandal, mule or open-toed shoe. The face is textured so the foot stays put, the underside is foam so the footbed is no longer bare, and a moulded channel stops the insert shifting around. Each pack holds two pairs, in either a 3 mm or a 6 mm build.

Why choose these grip inserts?

Nothing at the back of an open shoe holds the foot in place, so it travels forward and you keep nudging it back. A textured pad under the forefoot gives it somewhere to settle. The foam layer also takes the edge off a flat leather footbed.

Wipe the footbed and let it dry first, because dust is the usual reason adhesive lets go. Sit the insert under the ball of the foot rather than the arch, then press down for a few seconds. They lift off cleanly if you want to move them to another pair.
