Knee Wrap – set the tension yourself and it holds that setting all session

A wrap-around knee piece with a metal insert down each side and a cushioned ring around the kneecap. Cross straps above and below let you set the compression at each end separately. The woven body is ventilated, so air keeps moving during a workout.

Why pick a wrap over a pull-on sleeve?

A pull-on sleeve gives one level of compression and starts creeping down as soon as you move. This one wraps and fastens, so the setting is yours and it stays. Side inserts add lateral structure that a knitted tube simply cannot provide.

• Metal side inserts: firm strips on both flanks give sideways structure during movement.
• Independent cross straps: tension above and below the knee is set separately.
• Padded kneecap ring: the patella sits inside a cushioned opening rather than against fabric.
• Ventilated weave: air passes through the body and keeps heat from building up.

Put it on with the knee slightly bent, so the wrap is not stretched flat across the joint. Line the padded opening up with the kneecap before you close either strap. Hand wash and air dry, and close the hook-and-loop before washing so it lasts longer.
