Compression Ankle Wrap – a strap that crosses the instep and stays put

A knitted sleeve in nylon and spandex with a strap that crosses over the instep and locks behind the ankle. The knit follows the shape of the foot rather than sitting on top of it. Order a single left, a single right, or both sides together.

Why pick a strapped sleeve over a plain tube?

A tube sleeve starts sliding down within the first few minutes of running. Anchoring it to the foot with a crossing strap keeps the hold exactly where you put it. Tension is yours to choose: firm for a match, easy for a jog.

• Crossing strap: runs under the arch and back over the top, so the sleeve cannot rotate.
• Two-way stretch knit: nylon and spandex that give in both directions and recover their shape.
• Flat enough for footwear: running and court shoes still lace up over it.

Draw the sleeve up until the heel opening seats correctly, then run the strap under the arch and back across the top. Finish on the outer side, where the pull tab is easy to reach without stopping. Cold wash and overnight air drying keep the stretch intact.
