A knitted wrap for one shoulder that you put on the way you put on a sleeve. Nothing runs across the chest, and there is no buckle to line up. The knit is thin enough to sit under a t-shirt without a visible bulge.

Slide the arm through and settle the seam on top of the shoulder, then smooth the underarm edge so it lies flat. It goes on just as easily over a t-shirt as under one. Hand wash it and dry it flat so the elastic keeps its stretch.
