Set it once in the morning and stop noticing it.

Draw the sleeve up over the calf until the opening centers on the kneecap, then pull the strap to a firm hold that does not pinch. Take your size from a measurement around the leg just above the joint. Wash at 30 degrees and dry flat rather than hanging.
