Wheel Light Caps – A ring of light that appears the moment the wheel turns

These caps thread onto an ordinary tire valve and take the place of the plastic ones already there. A light and motion sensor does the switching, so nothing has to be pressed. Sold in twos or fours, in four colors.

Why choose these wheel light caps?

A rim sits at eye level for the driver behind you and is close to invisible after dark. Putting light on the spinning part gives other traffic an obvious shape to read. Nothing is wired, drilled or glued.

Take off the old cap, pull the insulating tab out of the base, then screw the new one down until it seats. Check them again after the first trip, because half a turn loose is how one goes missing. Three AG10 button cells sit inside each one.
